China
Another amazing experience in China. All our group finished and got their medals in the hottest race day on record with the largest number of race withdrawals on record. Our training camps, nutrition and hydration seminars and conditioning all paid off.
Race Day done and dusted. We soaked in the sights and sounds of Beijing, Shanghai and jumped on the bullet train to the Terracotta Warriors. Amazing history, food, people, shopping and adventure shared with a fantastic group of everyday kiwis achieving the extraordinary!!
All our runners enjoyed their race day due to being really well prepared, physically and mentally which enabled them to complete their chosen distance with enough in the tank to dominate the dance floor at the after party in Beijing. All this despite this years race day being the hottest on record and with the largest number of participants withdrawing during the race day.
