Lisa has been a Dream It Ambassador since 2018…initially accompanying two groups to Peru – one in 2019 and again in 2023. A passionate foodie, she now acts as Dream It’s Food Ambassador and host for our Women’s only tours, helping with development right through to delivery. These are bespoke tours – experiencing a destination through food, bringing in cultural tradition, architecture, lesser-known local secrets and iconic
attractions.

Lisa’s love of travel began as an 18-year-old with a trip to Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore. Together with her husband Brett, Lisa has done everything from overlanding Africa to backpacking Morocco and a fair portion of Europe. She has explored Egypt and Jordan along with some of South America and eaten her way through Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. She has circumnavigated Australia in various 4×4 and campervans, dived and fished most of the Pacific, and has also travelled New Zealand extensively. Her travels have included everything from an incidental cook school in a campground in Italy, tasting her way through local markets, climbing mountains and exploring back street alleyways and medinas. Out of the way places and interacting with locals….

Lisa’s background is as a PE teacher. She is a passionate home cook who loves to entertain friends and family. She is an avid tramper and loves the outdoors, she is a hiking guide through summer. In her spare time, she paddle boards when she is not running her private Nutrition Consultancy in Acacia Bay, Taupo. Lisa absolutely loves her role as Dream It Ambassador and is proud to have hosted several Dream It tours and loves being a
part of the five-star Dream It experience – the unique pre-tour get-together, life-long friendships and unforgettable group memories brought about by seamless itineraries and flawless delivery.
